- zealous overcoat
A zealous overcoat is most often worn by highly politically motivated orthodox Jews. Although the overcoat has no particular strong opinions of its own, it does tend to vote Likud and is very comfy and surprisingly cool in summer.
Please note, this MUST NOT be confused with the 'over-zealous coat' which is worn by members of the right-wing JTF. It has no sense of humour and does not suffer fools gladly, so don't go there! It's attitude is so rebarbative, it tends to make your armpits sweat and you end up smelling like a damp sheep, especially when actively fuming about the idea of Palestinian independence. I did say don't go there!
